I poured this with some Hillside 7 olive oil and had the most phenomenal salad last night! Also wonderful for bread dipping. Unlike any balsamic I have ever had.

I have used this balsamic for dipping bread, in a stew, and on pork roast with excellent results. I will be stocking up when I return home to Modesto for my biannual visit in the fall because everyone I serve it to wants a bottle. It is especially good with the Sciabica orange extra virgin olive oil.

I literally could drink this stuff. It is an amazing combination of sweet and tart with a wonderful consistency. Mix it with a little Marsala Olive Oil and you have the perfect salad dressing or dipping sauce. You can also reduce it a bit, making a wonderful glaze for chicken. Add it to some onions and raisins to make a quick chutney. The possibilities are endless. As with every Sciabica product I've tried, it is fabulous. I've been a customer for years and will continue for many more.

I admit I was a bit skeptical about the combination of Fig and Date with vinegar. And then I blended it with Sciabica's Mission oil and OMG. I was hooked! It's the most amazing combo of sweet and tart. I kept soaking it up with my italian bread (great dipping vinegar, by the way), and confess I poured a second dish. Try it - you're in for a real treat!
