Product Description

This olive oil was produced from crushing fresh Mission Variety olives with fresh Rosemary. Unlike infused olive oils this is a cold-pressed combination, and the flavor difference is like night-and-day. Great on chicken and fish, or in marinades.

Lemon and Rosemary Dressing
Recipe found on page 227 in Gemma Sciabica's Popular Recipes Cookbook.
(Makes about 3 cups)


¼ Cup Orange or Pineapple Juice
1 Garlic Cloves
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoon Paprika
¼ Cup Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
¼ Cup Rosemary, Fresh
¼ Cup Basil Leaves, Fresh
Salt And Pepper To Taste
½ Cup Lemon Juice Or Vinegar Of Your Choice
1 ¼ Cups Sciabica's Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 to 6 Strawberries, Raspberries, Or Berries Of Your Choice
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Egg White


Place all ingredients in jar of blender.
Whirl until creamy and smooth.
Keep refrigerated, covered, in glass container

Note:Amount of ingredients may vary to your liking.

Great spread on bread when making sandwiches.

    I used this on steaks. A light brushing over each side, season to taste, then grill steaks. I did the same with potatoes then salt & peppered them and baked for one hour at 350* or until tender. What a great meal with the taste of the Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is a little spendy but a wonderful product. I am looking forward to trying other flavors of this oil.
