  1. Heavenly Orange!

    We found several recipes that are now our absolute favorites with this rich, mellow Orange! One, for example is shredded carrots, with unsweetened fine shred coconut and raisins. Orange on pork & chicken, even in marinades, just bring meals to life. We enjoy the greens out of our garden much more with this drizzled over them, or in dressings.

    I love this orange olive oil in all vegetable dishes. I microwave or roast golden beets with it throughout the winter, use it in fresh vegetable/herb medleys from the garden the rest of the year. It seems to wake up the flavor of every vegetable, and is very versatile. Works with pork and chicken too. Wonderful stuff!

    I can't believe no one has reviewed this wonderful olive oil. I bought a bottle from a young member of the Sciabica family in their gift shop/showroom. He recommended I also purchase the Fig Date Balsamic vinegar made by Hare Hallow and suggested I mix the two for a delicious salad dressing. It tastes incredible on fresh greens with mandarin oranges and sliced almonds. My friends steal my extra dressing from the refrigerator at work! About every 6 months, we drive about 4 hours round trip to the showroom just to get the flavored olive oils not available at Nugget Market.
