Last Christmas, we stopped off at the Santa Isolde mission complex, and found this wonderful olive oil in the gift shop. I am very impressed with the product, and am purchasing more for myself & friends. This is a clean, lovely oil; super on salads and does not interfere with complex ingredients. I consider this olive oil "find" an extra 2008 holiday gift.
