Having spent many months in Italy, enjoying the distinctive regional oils, I was very sad to think of coming home and having to settle for grocery store oil. And then....... I found this. I now make an annual pilgrimage to the factory for my unfiltered. I buy both the Sevillano--a milder, every day oil and Manzanillo-a stronger and highly flavorful oil. ONce you've used good oil, it's hard to go back.
