Product Description
Fresh Mission olives and fresh Limes cold pressed together in the mill to obtain the most natural flavor possible. - Perfect for fish and chicken dishes. Also great in salsa and guacamole.
2 avocados, diced
1/4 cup Sciabica's Lime Olive Oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, parsley, mint or basil, chopped
1 cup olives, pimiento, sliced
4 green onions (white part) sliced thin
1/4 cup dried tomatoes, crumbled
2 radishes, chopped
2 cilantro springs
In a serving dish, combine all ingredients, keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Garnish with sprigs of cilantro.
Chunky Avocado Lime Salsa
Found on page 65 in Gemma Sciabica's Popular Recipes Cookbook
(Makes about 3 cups)
2 avocados, diced

All you need for salad dressing

This is the best for salad dressing! And I don't mean mixed with other ingredients, either. Ever since I first tried this oil, it's all I put on my salad. No balsamic needed... It smells fantastic too.
Oh, I've also used it to brush on salmon before baking. Yum.
