I've been a huge fan of Sciabica olive oils for years. I only tried the flavored ones recently and now I'm hooked on those too. The lemon is great in salad dressings. I love the aroma.

I've thrown out disappointing bottles of flavored olive oil from other manufacturers. I discovered Sciabica's this summer at my farmers' market and am hooked on several of the flavors! Lemon is my favorite because its sweet intensity carries through every dish I've used it in. I love to saute fish in this olive oil. I simply add a few leaves of fresh basil from the garden, and I have an amazing, tasty fish dinner.
It's also amazing drizzled on fresh steamed asparagus!

As stated in my Jalapeno review I am a HUGE Sciabica fan...don't bother trying other lemon oils, they DO NOT compare! Try with fish, rubbed on chicken or pork chops and grill - sprinkle over fresh veggies! You won't be disappointed!

As stated in the Jalapeno category, I am a HUGE FAN! The lemon is great with fish, chicken, sprinkled on veggies before steaming or grilling. Awesome on grilled porkcops.... delicious - you won't be sorry!

I first tasted this oil on a gorgeous sunny day at the Farmer's Market. I was HOOKED! I still am. It's so lovely on a salad, on bread , on fish, on everything!
Though I live on the East Coast, a taste of this brings back The Bay instantly!
