    I found the 25.4 oz/750 ml size to be a good starter bottle gift for those who like garlic or olive oil & never tried this. Got my brother absolutely hooked on this. We used to mix garlic of all types into olive oil with little success, but this perfectly-mild, gently-infused garlic favorite is now the most used in our kitchen. So glad I discovered Sciabica's! I keep a small basting brush & a small bowl of this oil by my stove, to generously slather on fresh bread. I also use it with the buttery Spring Harvest to saute my beets and other veggies.

    I like this oil over other garlic flavored oils I've tried because it has a distinctly "green" taste to it. I'm not sure how to describe it exactly, except that it seems very light and fresh on pretty much anything you put it on. If you enjoy garlic as much as I do but are tired of the usual heavy flavoring, you should really give this a try.

    I have bought this Olive Oil a few times and I just love it. I use it on Ravioli,and for bread dipping.

    I've been buying this garlic olive oil for years and years now. When I can afford it I buy it in the one-gallon container -- that's how much I like and use it. The flavor is smooth and not harsh. You can smell and taste the garlic but it's not overpowering. I use this oil over vegetables and in pasta. I even have stir-fried with it. It gives a subtle flavor with the tiniest hint of garlic.
