This is a "true" 4 star Balsamic vinegar, which means it was produced in Modena Italy. It makes for amazing salad dressings and marinades. Affordably priced as an "every day" balsamic.

    One of my uses for this is for bread dipping sauce: one part balsamic to 4 parts Sciabica's basil flavored olive oil ... very simple when you only have a few minutes and so delicious!

    I have tried others and there is no comparison. I now order this in lots of 3. Just like every other product from the tomatoes and sauces to the vinegars and the amazing olive oils. It is all FANTASTIC and the customer service is beyond compare. If America had more businesses like Sciabica's It would be in much better shape and people would be happier and healthier!!
