Greens Restaurant is one of the premiere vegetarian restaurants in the country. Located in a converted warehouse at historic Fort Mason in San Francisco, California, since 1979, Greens' talented Chef Annie Somerville has focused on creating wonderful dishes using organic, local, sustainable produce from small family farms in the region. It is a dining experience to remember. Not only for the food, but the restaurant itself, with an airy, art-filled dining room with floor to ceiling windows that treat you to sweeping views of the Marina, the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marin headlands. We're proud to share that Greens has been featuring my family's olive oil for over 30 years, and considers it an integral part of their food preparation. Chef Annie Somerville remembers my grandfather delivering orders personally and typing the invoices from the back of his delivery van!

Fresh Spring Rolls with grilled tofu, carrots, jicama, cucumbers, napa cabbage, Thai basil, mint and rice noodles. Served with peanut sauce, beech and shitake muchrooms, watermelon radish salad.
Orecchiette with Knoll farms rapini, Italian butter beans, Juliette tomatoes, spring onins, Sciabica's Arbequina Olive Oil, pepper flakes, bread crumbs, pecorino fiore sardo.
