This balsamic vinegar was chosen by Uncle Tony for his "Uncle Tony's Cocktail" for a reason. It's sweet flavor and dense consistency makes it perfect for marinades, bread dipping and salads. Though more pricey than our other balsamic offerings, we have not been able to find a vinegar this good anywhere near this price.
