These olive oils are not flavored like other olive oils. Each is made fresh in the press by sending fresh lemons, oranges, etc. with the olives through the presses. No artificial flavors or infusion! Infusion uses heat to impart the flavor on the oil. Our cold pressed method results in a truly extra virgin, truly delicious olive oil.
