I'm a doctor with 34 years of practice in Palo Alto and have been involved with Stanford Hospital since 1964. In 2005/6 I had a bone marrow transplant and my only current meds are a Tbs of your olive oil a day and some wild blue berries and the usual Mediterranean diet. Back to work, exercising and enjoying life a day at a time.

Recently I found the most wonderful cook book... Dolce and Biscotti Recipes. When I saw that it was written by a member of the Sciabica Family, I was thrilled... When I was a small child (over 66 years ago) Sciabica, in our family, was a household name... The green (Marsala) can would sit on our table each evening at supper in the event that someone wanted to add more to their meal.

I virtually never take the time to leave reviews for any product. Additionally, I never would have thought that I would order olive oil over the internet! But this product is like no other I have tasted. Correction: I do not taste this product, I relish it. It is like simultaneously crushing the freshest basil leaf in my mouth while sipping drops of high quality olive oil. It borders on miraculous. Drizzle it on a salad and you can leave the basil on the plant.
