Protect Your Childrens Heart!

Serving the right foods now can prevent trouble later. After the age of two, make sure children eat low fat, low cholesterol foods. Recent studies have shown that the younger children are when they start consuming this healthy diet, the less likely they will be to develop heart disease later in life.

The Heart Association National Cholesterol Education Program says children's fat consumption should be limited.

Using Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead of animal fat in cooking and baking is a brand new way to "Wow" a fresh twist to classics.

Part of a healthy diet is making sure a top grade olive oil, free from chemicals, solvents and caustic is used. Beware of oils that are refined and do not have the nutritional value of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Always carefully read ingredients on food labels.
