Jalapeño Guacamole

3 ripe-soft Haas avocados
3 Tablespoons Sciabica's Jalapeño Olive Oil
1 lime
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
8 yellow "cherry size" tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced

  • Cut avocado in half and scoop into a medium size bowl
  • Chop tomatoes into quarters and add to avocado
  • Squeeze the juice from 1 lime into the bowl
  • Mix in remaining ingredients
  • Use a spoon to "mix & mash" ingredients to a puree
